I just can’t avoid these Seiko’s . 1994 Quartz in black and gold (go Steelers) for $2 at TS. Works great with new battery and in excellent condition! ImageUploadedByTreasureNet.com1566587357.300242.jpg

Nice snag JimDon, wish I knew about watches. I have some that were in a jar I threw in a bag...I’ll have to post some pictures up for you since you seem to be the Watch Master.

Is this something you would have purchased? I found the back laying in the jewelry case, someone popped it off and didn’t put it back on.

Usually that black finish is pretty worn off on the examples I've seen of those era watches. That one looks like a pretty fine example.

Jim Don - let me know if you list that one for sale. I need that movement for a friends dad.

For five bucks I would’ve been all over that Hamilton. It’s one of the first quartz watches at a time when these sold for $1000. Not exceedingly valuable but cool to have

The more I look at it the more I see it’s a ladies. If it is it’s probably not worth much.
