Attention Six-Pack & Others

Just received the following email from Ed that you guys met down there;

Ron: I've secured about 60 acres along a portion of Cook's Slough for your group to scout.
Justin Rue, who was my sales manager at the radio station, is the owner. He told me that he has a metal detector but has never learned how to use it effectively so I think he'd like to be a participant with your group.
I'm also going to check with Manza Hale, my barber, who also has a place with a portion of the Slough running through it.
Although a lot of sediment has built up over the years along the Slough, I think at one time it was a running stream and I've got to believe it could be a gold mine for Indian artifacts.
Let me know what you think and if you think you could get your group together for an October hunt.

That might just be a fun road trip!! Unfortunately, I know how to get to Tally like the back of my hand...
And yeah, that would be sweet if Gregg came with also! I've been wanting to meet up with him.
Well we'll just have to see what the dates end up being before I make any solid plans... but it's definitely a possibility!!!

Ed said today that Justin's acreage is all pasture,which down there means bare ground.I was going to call Justin but Ed also said he was going to see Joanne next week and see how she is doing with that land that borders Ft Inge(the Governor's place),so I'll wait on calling.

That sounds like a plan to me. I was hoping we would get to hunt that land next to Ft. Inge, we should be able to find something of interest there.
