 Let's go dig some history!
My finds from the LBH
Well, sorry it took so long, but I had to work all last week....Here are some of my finds from the Louisaiana Bayou Hunt...I got some sort of compressor wheel, a couple of axe heads, a file, some sort of bracketry, and some horse/mule tack...also found a wheat cent the first day...I think it is a '53...very corroded....also found a couple of teeth...goat, mule, not sure..found a lipstick tube with a little bit of gilt left on it...and some small lettering around the top..can't quite make it out yet...found what I think is a Shell Gasoline presidential token of Andrew Jackson, and a couple of small snaps, and some sort of button cover...the last photo is a piece that was folded over, and I unbent it enough to be able to read it...it is for a lamp company..not sure exactly what it came off of...
As always, thanks for stopping by and taking a look...

Re: My finds from the LBH
The item to the left of the file is for hitching a plow to a team. Did you find that in the field? You had some really great finds. Yeap I had to apoligize to Sassy for her not going after she seen Buster and them having so much fun. I'll probably find her stowed away in the truck next year.
See ya hunting somewhere soon, or your ever in florida let me know I'll get you access on some good spots
