OLD Signage

While I was walking down the middle of my favorite panning creek I just happened to look down and spot this old rusty peice of iron sticking out of the gravel. Well, there used to be an old mill and iron furnace on the creek way back in time so I thought it might be a nice relic. When i got it home and cleaned up a bit I did a little research and Ta-Da! An original peice of history. There used to be an old iron bridge across my panning creek where the new ugly cement on now stands. I am guessing that is where this once was bolted onto it and as nicely decorated.. Wish it was in better shape. I don't think that it was built in the same year but it's got to be close. Thanks for looking.
