Hi all it's been a couple weeks since I last posted. Had a few opporitunities for short hunts in my back yard (behind the apartment building here in Frankfurt Germany). The best find was the 1875 1 pfennig coin. The most unexpected (though I guess I should not be surprised) was the recovery of 2 musket balls. The .69 cal (pictured below) was located with the detector. The .44 cal (not pictured) was an eyeball find while inspecting the diggings from a rabbit warren. I inspect these on a regular basis becuase I can usually find Pottery shards and an occasional coin. I think the rest of the items are self explanitory in the photos. I'll post the pic of the .44 Cal in a later post.
