Silver surface find

[dugit]

While walking a clear cut I saw this coin shining on the ground and thought that one of the dozer operators had lost it.
When I picked it up what a pleasant suprise it was old silver.

Was it just after a recent rain? Some times the coins are exposed to the surface after bulldozing but they are dirty and hard to see but then it rains which cleans it off so it is easier to spot. Great surface find...my only Barber Quarter was also a surface find.
