DID SERVICE FOR FREIND FOUND 98 CLAD COINS IN DRIVEWAY

I went to a friend's house to clear a bunch of nails out of his driveway. He did some remodeling and was afraid of getting a flat tire. I spent about 1\2 an hour clearing the nails with a 200 lb pull retrieval magnent. That got most of the nails cleared out. Then I went back over everything with my ACE 250, and every single signal from that point on was a coin. 87 clad pennies total, 9 clad dimes, and 2 clad nickels. It took 2 trips to clean it all out. $1.87 is not a lot of money and not a single wheatie or silver coin, but doing the service for a friend was worth every penny. He allowed me to keep the change and his daughter did end up getting a sterling silver charm from her necklace returned.

Doing something for others can truly be a benefit not only the recipient of the service, but also it creates a good image for metal detecting as a hobby.
