Could have been a 1916 Standing Liberty?

Earlier this year, I was working an old grass are between a side walk and the off ramp to a bridge. The only thing I found was this 1916?/1917? standing liberty, it was already gouged probably before it was dropped. :'( I do think I see part of a 7 though. Hope you enjoy it. HH

It is hard enough to find them with the date worn off, but this is another level of heartbreak. Nice find overall, I love it.
