I found it on coppercoins.com in Lincoln Cent section go to date guide 1963 select 1963-D DO-1 its the 1st pic listed the one listed here is very close...Dave

There's a lighter secondary "3" south of the main "3"

Here's a picture of one that looks like it may have been an earlier die state example.
