I use to have a site on chinese coins since I have two others and mike found one a few years ago.I don't think its worth much in the way of cash but I like looking at it.

That turned out to be a great spot.

I knew a guy once that found a small cache, buried around 1890 or so. It contained various small denomination foreign coins, and one small silver Swedish ore from the 1850s.

It was the neatest thing I thought......

I was really thrilled to have found all these foreign coins.Quite an exciting three hunts I had at that spot.

Reg. Chinese coin: 1736-1795, year of the king, whose reign name is on the front of the coin. Back has the mint: most common mint.
Not a particularly valuable coin, but one in very nice shape, and a great collectible. Good hunt.
