Glad your friend got a decent looking Vermont copper! Wish more were found, that one appears to be a common variety known as Ryder 16, but I just did a quick check and fairly certain, both my son and I have Ryder 16 in our collections, and in about the same condition, so they were most likely made of good copper! :wink:

Great Vermont copper and I love those Draped bust coins. I found alot of the Draped bust large cents and half cents this year and can never get enough of em. :thumbsup:

P.S. The copper is one of the best I have seen on here. Most of the time, guys find coppas but
