recent find

found a pearl ring on the beach in Miami. It is so dirty we can't figure out if it is good or imitation. The pearls are real but I need suggestions on how to clean it safely Thanks

I think I would just soak it with some mild detergent and water for a couple of days. Don't try to scrub it and then call a jeweler and see what they recommend. Sounds like a great find. Love to see a picture if you have one. HH
