Some recent finds - Coins, jewelry, trinkets, relics & toys

Well I've been searching for another area to detect for old stuff since the hits at my usual lot have been growing thin, and by God I think that I have found it.
Its just another non descript lot that used to have an old house standing on it, long gone - But the goodies they dropped remain.
Soil conditions range from nearly undigable to perfect, and most of these were in the 3-6 inches range.
Found 4 wheats all from the early 40's, an indian head 1901, a liberty nickel 1911 in great condition for a dug up nickel, and some brass thing that appears to have the image of a leprachaun on it or something.
Also found 3 mercs within inches of eachother, though not in the same hole exactly. 1917,34 & 41.
Got all of this in an hour or so before it got dark, and look forward to hitting it hard before winter sets in.

Keep pulling goodies out of the lot I've been hitting all summer.
Just when I think its given all it can give, more pops out of the ground.
Found a well worn but very nice Barber quarter 1898 - Always a kick to find 19th century silver.
Found a very nice 1909 VDB Lincoln - I had goosebumps as I was cleaning the dirt off, anticipating an S.
It was not to be, but this is in about as good as shape as you can expect for a dug up wheat.
Found a 1931 chauffeurs license a couple months ago
Just found another , this one from 1926.
Also a nice naval button, and a gold looking religous charm - Don't think its gold, maybe plated.
Finally a nice silver bracelet - I got the feeling its not too old, but who knows ? Don't know how long the figaro style has been a round.
All and all a very good day for me.

Hit a play park today, the first one in weeks since I've been concentrating my available time on hunting old coins and relics, which typically does not produce much in the way of jewelry.
Found a 18 K gold chain and charm, weighing in at 7 grams.
That should be worth a few bucks. Charm has some apparent Arabic scrawl on it.
Also found a .925 silver bracelet, which weighs a wopping 12 grams.
Was suprised to find a 1973 Kennedy half amongst the woodchips.
Seems most likely some kid raided daddys pickle jar and lost the half playing on the swings.

Hey X,

Very nice finds. Does MI USA stand for somewhere in Michigan? I was in the southeast Michigan area for many years.
