Here's a tip from the northwoods: Make sure you don't tuck your pants in your boots! You might need to get to the batteries - FAST!! My socks get V E R Y hot!!!! If I don't disconnect the batteries, I'll get blistered feet.

It's true! Tundra hunting is still water hunting, only you just "walk on the water" like the BIG GUY did many years ago. Battery operated socks? Sorry, those aren't the body parts that get cold. Ever heard of brass monkeys?
