Got out for a short time this morning.I detected a remote wooded area where I believe a cabin once stood.Found a couple of whatzits, a Crystal White soap token, and a really nice 39 plain quarter. On the way out I took the path less traveled and found an antler shed and a couple of giant puffball mushrooms(MMMM....Yummy) I also saw a few deer including a nice eight point , a partridge , a racoon , and a turkey!
It was a great fall day to be out. H.H.......JO

Jake...Your on the money on the box spout, I didnt realize what it was until you pegged it.? (a little flattened out)
Not sure what a flat button is.The item I have is about the size of a silver dollar, made of thin brass, has a snap on the back, and a small chain link on the edge. The snap has "E-Z" on it.The other thing is aluminum....thanks...JO

Nevermind, not a flat button, a flatbutton is just a kinda big flat button with a shank on it. not sure what it is...maybe a electrical contact or something? not sure what the aluminum thing is...

Ostrich eggs!,,, When I first looked at them I thought, here we go the real life Jurassic park...

Those Crystal White Soap tokens must have gotten scattered all over... I found one back when I first started detecting, and have seen several of them post here on the forum...
Great digs, WTG!!!
Good luck & Happy hunting~
