Hello everyone,
I was not going to post these since when I scanned them you could barely see anything but a friend of mine told me to use my camera and see how they look.Well they are not in the best of condition but they did find a place in my album.Cant see the years so you will need to guess.
My friend and I were hunting the field where I found a Silver Half and an Indian head last year and were not having any luck for the first few hours.I told my buddie all had was a small button and he said I didn't even find one of those today. He took 2 steps and found a button. So this made me say well I didn't even find a Silver Dollar today. As we headed towards the vehicle I had a good sounding signal. As I dug I told my friend it sounds to good to be true (usually turns out to be aluminium). He told me a friend of his dug a large cent up this way maybe its one of those.Sure enough it was.He said we should check the area a little more and within a few minutes I dug the second one.I am very happy to have found them but still prefer to dig the silver coins. They look so much nicer. Thanks for reading and good luck with this years digs.
