Park find Need info !!!

made second trip to small park . Picked up good bit of clad, then decided to try in open area where it looked like something had once been . found 1900 quarter about 2 in deep and about 5 min later a second quarter about 6 ft away , date worn off . I need one of you to tell me what i have . one side..flying eagle with quarter dollar on rim at bottom , top has UNITED STATES OF AMERICA AND E PLURIBUS UNUM extending down between wings . opposite side has standing lady ( ? ) holding shield with LIBERTY above . Standing in what appears to be a gate , with verticle stars on either side . I guess its time to get coin book !!! what is value . MANY THANKS !!!
