Today must be the day for buttons..........That large colonial is a nice find! Those old tavern sites will give up plenty of goodies. I found out from the few we searched ,that the targets are very deep.....Give that site another try.

that colonial buckle is not pewter it is brass. sweet find. go get more now. :thumbsup:

the button and the buckle were extremely deep.
