I got out some yesterday to a favorite spot of mine. It was quite windy, and signals were somewhat hard to hear, but warm temps made up for that!
After about 15 minutes I found a washed out area that yielded a horshshoe so not a bad start. I walked along the edge of the field for a while, but the cleansweep was pretty quiet. I decided to cut towards middle area and began seeing some glass shards along with the pottery piece. I picked up a signal with my GSII not very strong but repeatable; I knew it was time to dig. After cutting a big plug I could tell it was out of the hole, but still wasnt very strong so I spread the pile around and"BINGO" there it was.
Later I found the nice glass what appears to be window piece but not sure along with the other items.
A good start to the year! thanks for lookin.
