Nice dig, I don't remember when Helena was voted the capital, but you most certainly have a nice piece of Montana history there! :thumbsup: I'm going out tonight after work, the ground has finally thawed! Take care...

Thanks for the link, it puts a date on the pin. For those in Montana that might be wondering, it was found in Billings this morning.

Now THAT is a nice pin. I hit Anaconda every yr and find a few goodies at torn down buildings and at road work in that city. If you don't mind a little driving, try Southern Cross. Yes, it's been bulldozed, but there is still good stuff there. Also, try a true ghost town, Granite City .....a little north of Philipsburg. Of course you'd need a 4x4 to go up almost 2 miles into the mountains.
