After two days of rain I got out today for a short hunt that was productive. I managed to find a few dropped bullets and a rare item for me, a carved bullet. Time seems to disappear as I'm sitting in a cw trench line holding this bullet that was so carefully carved by some unknown union soldier. The other item is a brass trigger plate from an enfield rifle. Thanks for looking and HH to everybody!
