alittle gold and silver this morning....

[HEADHUNTER]

Second time hunting this property I Found a nice little gold ring
and a 1960 quarter..All together I found 15 Wheaties, 1 quarter, 2 dimes,
a nickel...And cant count them on my fingers pulltabs...The Spoon in the
picture is a Hall & Elton Which i believe dates back to the mid 1800's.
It was a cold morning to hunt...But you could see where you went by
the tracks in the frost...

Great job. Silver & Gold in one outing is outstanding. I made a Wal Mart run today, but it is 40 degrees, light rain & wind 15 to 25. Not a great day for detecting.

I really like that spoon! I have found about a dozen spoons like that over the years and enjoy looking at their artwork. I try to envision the little kid sitting in the yard long ago digging in the dirt with that spoon.
