Not much to post, but I hit the yard of the 1804 house after work today.
The highlight of my hunt turned out to be a 1915 "D" Buffalo nickel which appears to be a semi-key date (?) in the coin book. At least it's worth more than 5 cents.
Other finds were:
*A lantern piece with a date of Nov. 2, 72' (1872) on the thumb wheel.
*A compact piece dated July 18, 1922.
*Horse & mule shoes.
*An OLD lock - It must be very old because it says "Made in USA" on it.
*A flattened copper coin (?).
*A strange flag pendant that this Yankee isn't familiar with. (Just kidding, I love the South! - don't shoot)
Like I said, not much.
Oh yeah, I did find one tick roaming on my relic pouch too.
