New detector = a couple of decent finds Garrett 2500

I was just trying out my Garrett 2500 in some sites I've hammered with Fisher CZ units. I still love my CZ's but when I hunted this site before I didn't have a pinpointer so some targets I gave up on. I found my first St. Christopher pendant its kinda cool, a merc and a few wheat cents. I had a pocketful of clad too, but I just threw it in my change bucket.

Hey Allen,

Yes it does like the oldies. The Garrett really surprised me today. I'm looking forward to hitting some more good sites. That bell tone for coins is great and the pinpointing is dead on everytime.

Great finds! I bought a Garrett pro-pinpointer to go with my GTI 2500 and my 250. I don't know how I ever found anything with out it. It is great. The 2500 will find deep small objects but sometimes I would just give up after noting that it was smaller than a coin. I don't do that any longer. I used other pin-pointers but didn't really like them. Garrett's new unit is Sweet.

You're going to love that 2500. Be sure to get a pinpointer. Its worth the cost. I love mine. I got my pro pointer delivered to me today. Can't wait to use it.
