Bulets, spur, and part of a badge???

Here are my "good" finds for today. The scrap piece appeared to be exactly that but the signal it gave made me put it on the "good" side of my pouch to clean up later. After cleaning I could see that it had a design on it, after further inspection (and turning it right side up) I could make out the eagle, it is similar to the Great Seal. Any ideas on what it may have really been and/or age. It is lead and as you can see, it appears to have been in the shape of a badge. Sure wish I would have found the whole thing!!

Yep, looks like a Great Seal with a badge outline.? The olive branches are on the left where they're suppose to be so it's not a stamp (reversed).? Don't know what it is but it's sure neat!
