HI all, went to a new cellar hole here in NH and found some interesting things that I thought I would share with you all. A family member (Clair) came with me as we both checked out this new site. So far no coins, but lots of junk on the property.
I found this glass cover with a patented date of December 29, 1896. I don't know what type of jar or glass bottle it goes to, but it was worth keeping.
Also found right nearby were these 2 saws approx 47 inches long with teeth on them about 2 3/4 inches long. I can only thing they would be ice saws. If anyone thinks differently please let me know.
More updates to follow.

Have a good week.

The glass lid looks like a mason jar lid. The saws look to belong to Paul Bunyan. :o

Hi all
Thanks for the info NHbenz. The info was very informative. I took the blades to the Derry Historical Society and the owner Rick Holmes was a wealth of information. He said the blades were called Harrow blades which were used to cut hay and corn.
I will keep you updated as I go back to this spot and find more relics.

Thanks and good hunting

Mike B
