I don't want to wade through the old posts, but wasn't another Fugio found recently and nominated for banner? I'm not an east coaster, but all you knowledgeable folks seemed to think it was an awesome find and banner worthy--hell a Ben Franklin-sponsored coin...but I never saw it on the banner! What gives??? Anyway, I'm going off of what I've read about the Fugio--rarity, condition, etc and I'm nominating for banner....congrats 93vector--clean up the coin and take some more photos; hopefully we'll see it on the banner soon!

Yes that would be mine.I found one on Sept. 20th.....I guess it wasent pretty enough for the banner. :wink:

Nice find. Both the fugio cents are banner material imo. Hell my 1877 IHP didn't make the banner either even thu it was in way better shape then the 2 that are on the banner but who are we to question the higher powers. Grats on the banner find. I would def send it in to be proffesionally cleaned and slabbed it worthy of that. :icon_thumleft:
