Judging by the scale of the round ball with the cent, it looks more like a 69 caliber.

I don't have calipers here with me but a canadian cent is 19.05 mm which is roughly .75
The ball looks just a little smaller than the cent. It should be .69 caliber.

That's true, but it looks shorter than other 69s.
