I found this really interesting token "Walter Johnson Baseball Game". It is smaller than a dime and made from Aluminum. There is nothing on the back except maybe an old mark from a clasp. Was it a pin? Piece from a game? I have no idea, and would love more info on it. I know Johnson was an early Hall of Fame pitcher.
The other find is an old Girl Scout ring made of Sterling Silver. I would love to know how old it is.
Both finds came from a field that was active with kids from 1915 until today. The ring was only 3-4" down, but the token was fairly deep around 6".
Thanks in advance for your help,
Jon Dickinson.

That girl scout ring is AWESOME!!!! I found a sterling cub scout ring many years ago. I'd really like to find an eagle scout ring some day. But I'd take that silver girl scout ring any day!!!!

Thanks for the awesome info on the token. Pretty cool to imagine kids playing that game way back when. Guess I need to find a few more pieces from the game.
