Good evening fellow dirt diggers. I followed a lead today which opened up a world of hunting place that will keep me busy for a long time. The name is REALTOR. And so happens that I know this Guy named Todd. I know his father and his Grandfather whom are all into county wide properties. His father used to farm our land when I was growing up. So, while inquiring about a property in Woodstock this morning he offered a place for me to hunt as well. The old Mill just down the street Circa 1815-1858. He also said if you run out of places we'll give you some more. I liked to have fell over backwards.

I took a few pictures of the building but the pond is behind it. You can barely see the old painting on the front of the building. I wonder what I can find at an old grist mill ???

That place could produce some real nice keepers, maybe a "banner" find. :notworthy:

Nice connections.. I have found myself a sugar Daddy as well. in the St. Paul Area. I was going to hunt it today but the Rain's showed up :-[. Just my Luck. But I have a 1905 home on a popular hill that show's promise. I'm going to have a friend of mine let me test out his Mine Lab.

Happy Hunting!!

Good Luck on that site.

Thanks G1. At first I didn't think too much about a mill but after some homework it could be a goldmine :o

Posted old and new

Sorry, I misunderstood. I thought you had an old water wheel grist mill.
