I hunted today on fields. Conditions were more or less wintry. Temperature was 0C (32F) and there were almost 10cm (4 inches) snow. However soil wasn’t frozen yet, so it was possible to dig.

Those are some great old coins you found. Too bad there was so much snow, but it is always nice to have another chance to dig.

Actually snowy conditions were not so bad. Mud didn’t stuck on boots and own tracks could easily seen :wink:.

However it seems that our hunting season is over here in Finland :'(. Weather forecast says that more snow and frost is coming.
