The one marked "10 54" is a 7.62 x 54R, it was the primary Russian cartridge of WWII. And is still used today. The other lead one looks like a modern pistol round.

The 7.62X54R was actually used in WW1 also. The yellow tip means it is heavy ball ammo. That round was made in 1952, hence the number 52. Used by lots of countries and you can still buy surplus ammo today.
