This is a weird one...coin experts help needed

after a couple of hours of detecting around an old hotel site I got this at 5 inches...what is it ?? looks like a coin but no value or date on it at all....pretty crude as though it was sort of hand stamped...thanks for any help...des

I think it's a fantasy gold noble from one of the Society of Creative Anachronism groups.
