1863 CW token 165EJ-2a in Rulau; rarity R-2 Peeples/Dealer/in/Staples and Fancy/Groceries/5th and Race Sts./Cincinnati.
Peeples started at the SWC of Gilbert Ave. and E. McMillan Streets; closed in the 1930s. Had a customer radius of 500 miles.
VG $6; VF $8; EF $10; Unc. $25.

The token is cool. The collar pin is a bit later than WWI I think because the US and back are 2 seperate pieces. I could be wrong on that though. the other piece I have no idea.

500 miles would have been quite a range for those days. He must have been well known
