went out for the second time today help!!!!

found a diet coke can and a piece of rusty metal. I was given this detector and all it has on the front is a volume dial and a discrimination dial can any one tell me how i work the discrimination dial and i do not think this has got auto ground balance as i was in a farmers Field and as it goes over the tractor tire marks in the ground it is going quiet going loud and going silent just don't know what to do aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa

sorry m8 it is so frustrating because i don't have a user manual for it

it is called a Altai the model no is Yb090b[MD300]

if thats any help i have done a search for it but came up with nothing

All the machines Ive used have auto ground balancing so this is just a shot in the dark, but, if it doesn't have a way to adjust ground balance then it must have auto right I mean who would make one without any way to ground balance it if it wasn't auto

did a google on Altai MD300 and got nothing.

Have you done any air test with the machine?

After that you can dig a test garden. Try different items and see what type of results you get. Take the time
and I am sure you will figure it out.
