Hello everyone!

Well, I finally got out to do some serious detecting today! It was kinda slow in my office and I decided to take an extra long lunch break. Here's what I found today:

1920-S Mercury Dime
1938 Mercury Dime
1947-S Roosevelt Dime
Dateless Indian Head cent
12 Wheat cents dating from 1926 to 1957
6 clad quarters
17 clad dimes
3 modern nickels
52 Memorial cents

I took pic's of the silver coins before and after I cleaned 'em up. These are my silver coin finds #98, #99, and #100 for the year!

Thanks for looking!
Neil

Congratulations on making the century mark. That 38 looks like it has some good detail.

Those "S" mint mark dimes are solid gold here in Denver.

You have no idea how empty that part of my Whitman coin folders are. Wait, maybe you do....

Do you ever find any "D" mint mark coins?

I have another question: are most of your Barber coins "S" mintmarks as well?

Yeah, actually we get plenty of "D" mint coins here ~ probably more "S" mint though. As for Barber coins, more "S" mint.

I knew you were going to break 100 Neil, congrats! You still have some time left, so here's what you do...

All silvers that you find between now and 12/31, re-bury underneath a nice chunk of rusty can (to keep Ron and Richard from finding them). Dig them up on Jan 1, and you've got a head start on the year.
