Guy's got out for my first hunt of 2010,as I was afraid though the back water areas were frozen so could not get to places I had planned on. 
But had to stay in the big water areas had not froze those yet. 
Boy the land air was not so bad but that water is a different deal and when you get your hands in it has a little burn to it 
Anyway I did find a good find to start the year with. 
It's the largest spear point I've ever found.I wish I knew if it is the whole thing but even if it is not it is 5" long and 2 1/4" wide.If there is some missing then it would for sure be the biggest that I know was found here on the coast.My dad has a huge collection that he's found from a child up to date so I'll see if he has one that can beat it The rest is mini balls, musket shot,a peice of flint from a flint lock my fourth peice now for that,a hinge like three others I've found from other places,a little glass peice that looks to be from jewelry and has some design on it (anyone know?), more teeth,pewter button,and some other things I need to work on to get the crud off to see what they might be.It was cold but was nice to get out might see our first snow tonight 
But at least it is going to warm up next week so I can get down to business
