Went back to the same beach today. It was high tide when I got there so I was limited where I could hunt. The bracelet is marked 333 and FBM I believe. I think it's German. My buddy broke the bracelet looking at it. The Musketeer is a great beach detector as well as a coinshooting machine. Better than no gold for sure.

Nice bracelet. Save those sinkers! One of our regional detectorists sold his lead for 50 cents a pound to a local dive shop. It can add up pretty fast if you hunt around water a lot.

I save them. I have around two big coffee cans full. Never sold it before. Gonna have to call around the local fish and tackle shops.
Thanks, Mike

Nice hunt and finds Mike, I hate digging sinkers too but you know you're in the right spot for that heavy gold when you're digging lead

Just put it on ebay for scrap gold. It weighs 8.3 grams and measures 7". Hopefully it'll sell. I'm trying to build up 15" WOT fund. I want to try one out with my Musky.

That's funny, I found a sinker today along a little creek today. It was about 2oz. The creek is only about 2 feet deep and i was thinking such a big sinker for such a little creek. lol... Nice looking bracelet.

congrats on the gold. I never thought about saving the sinkers. I usually just give them to fishermen as I walk by on the beach.

Yeah it's a first for me too. After searching on 333 gold I found out it is a international recognised standard. Someone wants it. I listed it on ebay last night and it's already bid up to $26 last I checked. Still 4 days on it.
