OK, we all know that no place is ever hunted out, but yesterday I went out for a brief hunt to a patch of woods behind my house that my son and I have hunted a lot. Got a weak signal with my Fisher F75 which I've only been using for about three or four months. Long story short, is, the first item out of the hole was the 1859 half dime. I then scanned the dirt pile and got another good signal which turned out to be an 1857 flying eagle penny. The pics however don't do it justice. I couldn't get good enough resolution. I got a third signal in the dirt which turned out to be the best of all, a new one for me, an 1853 Quarter!! :hello2: It was, needless to say, an excellent way to spend an hour in the woods! Thanks for looking and HH!
