This is this afternoons finds, very pleased with the small medieval pendant approx 13th century (not very often that they turn up still attached to their hangers) it should clean up well. The most interesting find for me is the square lead object at the top of the picture. It has the remains of some kind of setting in it, it could be a Viking/Saxon gaming piece.

Got it now...Thanks Rob and SS. Of course, now I have to ask the basic question: Where would those be used?

And those medallions are something else too. Looks like they are similar. Do you think by the location they were found they might be heraldic and belong to the same family/fiefdom?

Re: Pendant cleaned a little.

Here's a picture of the pendant after a little cleaning. I will not clean it any more , it would be very easy to start removing the gold gilding. It's nice to be able to see the two animals running right, one on the pendant and one on the hanger. Overall it's in good condition considering it's 700/800 years old.
