Junky eyeball find ring is silver (maybe?)

This ring was an eyeball find and at first I thought it was junk but I could barely see two markings inside it. I put my camera on super-micro and one looks to say 925 and they other seems to be some kind of hallmark. Any ideas? Think it is silver?
