1700s Large Spanish Silver *Video Included*

The KKC team got out to a new site and it produced in a big way. The site was located in a soybean field and by the lack of targets at the end of the day, we concluded that it was hit before. It didn't stop me from staying positive though and I was soon welcomed with a piece of pie. The video shows my raw passion at work.

I also got a tombac button, 3 musketballs, and part of an arrowhead.

This is a great way to start off the 2010 season. This is my 4th 2-Reales in a couple years. Last year I started the year off with an 1810, but had to top it with this 1795.

Keep the passion high!

Isn't it amazing that one can wonder around a wide open field and find money? Not just any "money", but a silver coin from hundreds of years ago. How the hell did that get there? Some guy stop to load his pipe, pull it out of his pouch/pocket and drop a coin? Like, right there? In that spot?
