I am a beach guy and I am not use to digging around in the dirt, but when I have to make a trip to the feed barn, I always stop on the way back to see what I can find in an area that use to be an area that was used for housing migrant field worker, all the structures have been demolished but the foundation's are still exposed. I have found some interesting coins in this area before.

Yesterdays finds are posted below, thanks for looking.

Sorry about that, " one old silver and one old nickle "

Awesome finds, Jaws! Were those MD or eyeball finds? The condition of that V-Nickle is outstanding! Must have been protected by the building to be in such great condition. Oh, and the V isn't silver...just a killer old coin!

Coins were around an old structure, what could have been a barn, some of the old foundation exposed with what appears to be a dirt floor. I was using my Sovereign GT with a 8" coil both coins were 4 to 6 inches deep.
