Not sure when the Grove was built
but Now is private Property.

Stopped by the Owners Home Yesterday
& Requested Permission
which I Quickly Received

Looks like a good place to detect. I see the land right of the shed in pic 4 slopes uphill a little and that is the place I'd hit first.
I hope your going back there and give it another try.
Nice Indian Head Cent. There should be more.

Don't you hate when that happens. You do the research and get the permission and then not alot of coins. That place looks awesome!

Good finds i like that water pump my mother inlaw has one just like that it dont work anymore ,that ring might be a spelunker ring ? one who searches caves for bats .Good Hunt Dd60

if you're not finding much, either it's not there, soft ground so it settled deep, or it's been hit hard by someone else
I'd still go back and try some more though

That place looks killer !! but sometimes looks can be decieving,,oh well I bet you find other goodies.
