Just got back yesterday from FT Lauderdale Florida,
and here are a few things I dug..
Got lucky I guise,
about $5 in pocket change and 2 14k rings with stones,
Also an arm bracelet that is stamped 925, although it does not look to me to be good...
Thought I would share...
I normally like to look in the wet sand but the water did not seem to go out, so I spent
all my time in the upper dry sand area...
very few signals as I suspected... but I lucked out..
take care.
Richard

Nice rings. I'd take them to a jeweler and see what you got?
Great finds.

I stopped at a jeweler there and asked what the white ring was....
I was hoping beyond hope for a "Platnum" ring... as I have never found one...
but alas .. she said it was 14k white gold...
she said she thought the stones were real, but not high quality... which seems to me to be what all
jewelers have said about all my rings... which I personally find a little hard to believe...
Anyway....
I would consider selling these if anyone is interested... at a fair price of course..
both are 14k White ring has 9 stones.. gold ring has 3 stones/ ring sizes = "white = 5 1/2" "gold ring is 7 1/2" give or take a fraction....just e-mail me.. got to help pay for my vacation...

Not too good, but around the boats is where I got the white gold ring.

Nice!!!

I lived a mile from Ft. Lauderdale beach for four years. Saddly I did not own a machine at the time. Those pictures bring back memories. I used to walk my mini daschund on those beach walls and drank a few at the Elbo Room.

Looks like a good vacation. Hope you canoffset some of the cost by selling those rings.

Update,
I was looking at the white gold ring and it appears that what I thought was 9 stones looks
more like a round stone, then a square then round....
all the way accross...
what do you all think ?
