14/april/2010...... 1/2 Escudo Carlos III 1788.
Today found 1 / 2 Escudo gold of King Charles III of Spain 1788  (is my first coin of this king, and the first gold coin), but also some things ,the coin appeared in quite poor condition  , but is my only currency of Carlos III, and his photographs and made some better but still not appreciate their beauty .... my camera to photograph is very bad.

1 - Gold Coin.

3 - My MXT at the place of hunting.
4 - Some Spanish coins of all ages.
5 - An unidentified object
6 - Celtic coins
7 - Ammunition and ever 17/18.
8 - Spain Old Shield.
9 - The total findings of the day.

Great finds. 
Det vi vet er så uendelig lite mot det som har hendt. Arkeologen er som den som går langs en strand og finner småtterier, skyllet i land fra et forsvunnet skib. Men selve skibet som gikk i dypet med menneskene får han aldri se.

The coin is much more beautiful and looks better in hand ..... do not get good pictures with this camera.

I'm pretty sure it was 'Milled', still any day you get any gold coin, it a  day

My bad  , I was in a hurry to get to a meeting looked at "H's" finds without my glasses. When I got back and looked with my glasses I realised it wasn't a hammered, but at least it's old gold and still a well done to "H" .

The 8 on your coin mean,s that ? 8 escudos, 36 mm diameter, 0.7616 ounces gold .
If Mother Earth give,s us precious metals like gold silver and copper why leave them in the ground to disappear forever , dig them out and save History !!
