Best hunt of my life!

On sunday, May 2nd, I went back to the tavern site that I've been hitting. The first signal I got was 1989 Quarter, okk... 50 cents richer. about 2ft away from there I dug a 1898 Barber Quarter!!! My first silver!!!
So, I continued onward, got some weird looking farm stuf, a oxen shoe, a fully metal chisle, the inards of a pocket watch, some wheat pennies, and.....
I got my first Buckle!!!! I only have pics of the barber and buckle at the moment.
Any help with the time pieriod and type of buckle this is would help
