Im not sure.. I tried douing some research on BASKIN INC. All that pops up is Baskin Robbins ice cream.. anywasy great find! Hope ya get the info you are searching for

I believe the word is Baskill. In the '30s a 'sales stimulator game' was invented that used 'slugs' (tokens') with which to play the game. Winners could redeem these 'slugs' (tokens) for merchandise should they win in this game of chance. This may be a Baskill slug. (Note Baskill Inc. NY in the title of this reference.)
