Took my daughter to her school this afternoon, I found $1.20 in clad and three pieces of kids jewelry which my daughter claimed right away. Went out searching the old soccer field and found what I thought were two wheat pennies, got home and started cleaning and found that one is a 1900 Indian Head Penny! Best find since getting my Ace 250 and getting back into detecting. I will try to get a decent pic after cleaning.

Re: Elementary school yard hunt

Love hunting those schools. Always fun and what a great way to teach a kid about detecting. Target acquisition is a lot easier in the wood chips etc.

An Indian Head is always great...no matter where you hunt! Congrats on a nice hunt.
