I had a few hours to kill today so I decided to return to a spot I had detected a few weeks ago. I knew location had a high potential for jewelry, but last time I came up empty handed. Today, I scored! I recently bought a water machine, a Fisher CZ-20, I have been waiting for the water to warm up so I can put it to work. Decided I couldn't wait anymore and used it today at this site. I didn't take it out in the water, however it worked well since there is a large recreation area there with lots of sand. I started off find a few quarters and a couple pull tabs. After about 20 minutes I got a sweet tone that was deep. After digging down OVER 12 inches in the sand out popped my first gold ring this year! :headbang: The ring was tarnished but I could tell almost immediately it was gold. Once I looked inside I could see it was marked 10k and is inscribed "FOREVER". Wish you all could have see the smile on my face, man was I stoked! Keep in mind, I had just bought the CZ-20 and found gold my FIRST time out with it! It's going to be a great year :laughing7:

Nice ring. The CZ 20 is a great water machine. I use to have one & found many rings with it when I went water hunting. Just didnt get to go out that much, as I'm more of a dirt digger.
